1. For Direct Agent : 10th Pass or equivalent from any government recognized board/institute.
2. Field Officer : Retired Government Officer/Officials are eligible for this post.

Age Limit : 

1. For Direct Agent : Must be 18 years old and there is no maximum age limit.
2. Field Officer : No Maximum Age Limit.

Desirable :

1. Computer proficiency, local knowledge, and experience selling insurance products. 

2. Local state resident.

3. Candidates doing life insurance business in other insurance companies are not eligible to apply as Direct Agent.
