- Keeps up a cheerful, professional attitude and fosters a culture that values unwavering service excellence.
- Responds to consumer questions in a timely way while demonstrating high-quality service.
- Provides a service-oriented approach that helps field sales representatives fulfill their responsibilities to customers.
- Continues to learn about sbimf products and expands awareness of how market factors impact the funds.
- Keeps up-to-date understanding of policies and practices in accordance with sebi guidelines. Shows that they can explain policies, processes, and product features to customers in an understandable manner.
- Managing investor questions that come in can be resolved by working with r&t.
- Mis maintenance, including weekly, monthly, and daily sales mis. Release the campaign management information
- Taking applications for special products, requests, purchase, redemption, and switch.
- Disclosure of high-value and liquid transactions. Processing kyc, creating monthly reports, time stamping registers and dtrs, and preparing daily mis.
- Finding bank credits for the reported transactions.
- Making sure the cutoff timings adhere to sebi regulations.
Work Experience : Minimum 1 to 6 years experience in relavent field.
