- The initiative seeks to advance India's transition to a more sustainable and equitable development paradigm. We intend to lessen the gap between rural and urban areas and advance a more equitable growth trajectory for the nation by encouraging young people to work in rural areas. Communities that are more robust and balanced may result from this, making them better able to handle problems related to the environment, the economy, and society.
- In addition, a number of variables, including the local context, community involvement, and the durability of interventions, affect how the Fellowship affects society. To make sure that the projects and initiatives carried out by the Fellows are context-specific and in line with the needs and goals of the communities they work with, we collaborate closely with our partner organizations and community partners.
