Accountant:

Job Title – Accountant
Roles and Responsibilities

• Information pertaining to cash, purchases, expenses, and other types of files kept in relation to them.

• Accurately reviewing bank statements, accurately entering financial transactions, and upholding BRS.

• Work pertaining to TDS and GST.

• Accurate manufacturing entry, monthly stock audits, and stock register checks.

• Preparing invoices and entering sales returns.

• Receipt and input of money.

• Creation of a monthly report on sales and collection.

• Contact customers and other debtors again.

• Quarterly Income Tax Advance Calculation.

Place of work – Tripura

Business Unit – FMCG Industry

Functional Area- Accounts

Education: M.Com/B.Com

Experience- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Key Account Management with FMCG Sector/ CA Firm Experience preferred.

Technical Knowledge- Proficient in Tally Software.

CTC- as per Industry Norms.

Production Executive:

Job Description-

Roles & Responsibilities-
• Responsible for getting desired efficiency from all workers.

• Responsible for overall production activities and setting daily, weekly, and monthly plans and communicating same with workers.

• Must have experience in handling Batch manufacturing process and proficient in preparing and maintaining all batch records required for Audits.

• Prepare Manpower projections and costings as per plans, ensure cost well within the limits through efficiency improvement.

• Must operate and set machines independently to train operators and other new recruited staffs.

• Responsible for overseeing the production processes in a manufacturing facility to ensure that products are produced efficiently and effectively.

• The Production Engineer ensures that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, safety, and environmental compliance

• Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.

• Designing and implementing production processes and procedures to improve product quality and minimize waste.

• Should have experience in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Review and developing SOP for process.

• Optimizing manufacturing costs and process improvement

• Record, Compile and prepare reports for analysis.

Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering), MBA (Operations)

Experienced in any manufacturing company
(Supply Chain Management & Operations)

CTC- As per Industry Norms.
